This system is designed to measure the alignment of the extuder tube with the centre of rotation of the gearbox output shaf as well as the straightness of the tube.  The well thought-out design of the system ensures that the measurement procedure is quick and accurate.  Diameters down to 20mm (0.80") can be measured.  Handles up to 150 measurement positions.

A new revolution measuring system which shortens considerably shortens the time taken for measurement and alignment.  Uses SpinLaser Technology - this means that the laser beam makes a constant sweep (360 deg).  You place the detector anywhere in the laser sector and record the reading.
